Nova Motors (Romantsov Cars Sales, Dealer Licence 12479) sells pre-owned vehicles only. By purchasing a vehicle from Nova Motors, you confirm that you have read and accept this Purchasing and Return Policy.
All vehicle sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is complete. We encourage every buyer to inspect the vehicle, take a test drive and review the CarFax report before purchase.
Every cash purchase includes a $400 dealer fee, plus applicable taxes. The dealer fee covers vehicle registration, documentation and the included extended warranty described below. The total cash price is the listed vehicle price, plus the dealer fee, plus HST.
Dealer fees for financed purchases may differ from those that apply to cash purchases. All fees are reviewed with you and shown on your bill of sale before you sign. Financing is subject to lender approval (OAC).
Every vehicle sold by Nova Motors comes with a 3-month / 3,000 km extended warranty (whichever comes first). The cost of this warranty is already included in the dealer fee. Coverage is provided under the terms and conditions of the warranty plan.
You may choose a different warranty plan with a different plan type, term or mileage. The selected plan is charged at its full price, as shown in the warranty calculator.
Every vehicle page on our website includes a warranty calculator with the term, mileage, price and coverage terms of each available plan.
Deposits made to hold a vehicle are non-refundable, unless we are unable to secure financing approval for your loan. In that case, your deposit is returned in full.
